Shipping Policy :

Shipment Time: Orders will be shipped within 1 to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the shipping time may vary based on your location and product availability. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking information.

 

At ARK WELLNESS, our Returns Policy is designed to provide you with options for exchange, replacement, or refunds for products purchased through our platform. Different categories of products may have varying return policies. Specific return conditions mentioned on the product page override the general return policy. Kindly refer to the product page for any exceptions to the guidelines outlined below.

Our Returns Policy is divided into two sections, each addressing different aspects of the return process. Please review both parts carefully to understand the conditions and scenarios under which returns are accepted.

Part 1 – Category, Return Window, and Available Actions

All Products:

Return Window: 10 days

Action: Replacement only

Process: We aim to assist in resolving product issues through online tools, phone troubleshooting, or technical team support. If a defect is identified within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model is provided at no additional cost. Please note, frequent rectifications may incur applicable costs as per the Terms and Conditions.

Non-Returnable Categories:

Products not covered by warranty or exceeding the replacement period (10 days) cannot be returned. Products must be returned with intact original packaging, seals, and accessories.

Categories Ineligible for Returns:

Equipment’s: Dental Chairs, Dental Compressors, UV Chambers and Autoclaves, X-ray Units, RVG Sensor Machines, Model Trimmers, OPG and CBCT Machines, Apex Locators and Endomotors, Ultrasonic Cleaners and Scalers, Micromotors, Implant Motors/Physiodispensers, Bleaching Lights and Light Cure Units, Amalgamators.

Products Directly Used on Patients: Tooth Cream or Mousse, MRC/Orthodontic Trainers, Water Flossers, Chin Caps, Headgear, Face Masks, or other Myofunctional Appliances.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

If you require a change in the pick-up address for returns, it's possible only if pick-up services are available at the new address.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we assess the product based on the following conditions:

Complete Product:

All in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product:

 

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals or warranty seals (where applicable).

Undamaged Product:

The product should be undamaged, free of scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

Undamaged Packaging:

The product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed once we receive the returned product. However, in the case of physical damage or tampered seals on the outer brown box, we recommend rejecting the delivery and informing our support team.

For any issues like damaged, incomplete, missing, or wrong product delivery, please report within 48 hours of receipt. After this time frame, we won’t accept such complaints.

For refundable products, refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned product. In cases where the manufacturer cannot provide a replacement, refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Prepaid orders and cash on delivery orders will be refunded to the bank account.
