Cancellation Policy

1. To cancel the order before the shipment of the product/products, the customer has to go to ‘My Orders’ and cancel the order or else contact info@oralhealthcart.com.
2. To cancel the order after the shipment of the product/products, the customer has to contact info@oralhealthcart.com.
3. Refund is processed within 24-48 business hours when order stands cancelled before/after shipment. We process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
4. Refund in case of cancellation after dispatch might take longer.
5. Orders can't be changed once dispatched.
